I think I might do these dedication blogs more often. The one about Julia was a little impromptu because all those feelings were so prevalent at the time. Here's one about some people I really love. I am an incredibly better person because of them. They are some of my biggest heros.

The Teater family:

Ariella Martin-Teater is my older sister and one of my closest friends. Anyone that says you can't be friends with your siblings iz trippin'. Ariella is 11 years older than me and has been my levelhead in every crazy/dumb/emotional situation I have ever gotten myself into. She is a hard worker and she inspires me to not let anything get in my way of doing what I love to do in the future. She worked her rear off to be where she is today, but she could not have done any of it with out the strength of God. Her faith is so strong and so real I feel like Hitler turns in his grave. She spurs me on and encourages me to live the life Christ gave me, the way The Holy Spirit is leading me to. She doesn't pressure me, she lets me fall on my face sometimes, but she never says "I told you so", just "I understand". She is the most refreshing person to talk to She never judges me (from what I can tell) and she always gives me sound advice tied with scripture. (Which sometimes I don't want to hear, but she knows I need it). PLUS, she's super hip and hilarious. We can laugh at the same stuff and we like the same movies and the same music. And she never EVER looks down on me because of my age. She is a Gift from God, even if she doesn't know it. I know sometimes she struggles with her self image and her parenting decisions. Sometimes she compares herself to people and it makes her feel bad. But I need her to know and GOD needs her to know that we love her. Weird, boring, tall, short, skinny, chunky, ugly, pretty, funny, serious, ANYTHING. It makes NO difference.You're my hero. I know you try to keep it all together but it's those times when you are vulnerable with me that I relate to you the most, I cherish those times. I love you unconditionally. But someone loves you even more than me, which is hard to believe, I know. You are special. Don't ever sell yourself short.

Daniel Teater, I don't know if you'll ever read this, but I could not have asked for a better brother-in-law. Not only do you take amazing care of my sister and your children, but you take care of Julia and I too. It's so nice to have an adult who's not related to me take interest in my life! My favorite this about you is you never fake it. Whether it be your silliness, your generosity, of your faith, it's all SO genuine. It's hard to find someone like that these days. I think you should know that I think you are insanely hilarious. I get most of my jokes from you. One of my favorite things to do is watch you and Ariella interact and play of of each other. It cracks me up. I love that you share your knowledge about the Bible with me but NEVER in a condescending way like certain other people. And you also never judge people. Your faith is for real. And that really inspires me to live my life for Christ. I hope one day I find a guy as completely awesome as Ariella did. You are a great big brother.

Geewah&Evie: The lights of my life. There is a skip in my awkward step whenever I know I am going to see you. I would cancel a million plans just to hangout with you guys. I never get tired of it! I can already tell that you are going to be beautiful and hilarious girls. (Just like me and Juju. Haha.) I hope your Mom or Dad reads this to you now and maybe again when you can fully understand what I'm talking about. I need you to know that I would do anything for you, and God adores you. You can come to me with any problems or struggles in your life and I will try to be as good as your Mom at giving you advice about them. Also, don't take your parents for granted. They're awesome.

I promise this won't be everyday, I just really like this look. I have found that if you have sort of a hooded, almond eye shape like mine, with very little eyelid space: a little eyeshadow goes a long way. You really can just forget eyeliner when you do a smoky look like this. It is overkill. Also if you have a big pouty bottom lip like mine I have found that you can just get some nude/brown lip liner, line and fill in your lips and it is a perfect alternative to lipstick (which usually makes me look like a tranny).

Products used: N.Y.X "Champagne and Caviar" pallet (good for beginners), Clinique High Impact mascara, Jordana lip liner in "Natural", Maybelline "Mocha" quad, Maybelline "Coral" blush, Covergirl brown eyeliner.

Often creepy and various shades of annoying, but mostly cute. I honestly think I would be a sucky person if I didn't have a little sister. I like to look after her and watch her succeed. I am (thankfully) past the stage of being very jealous of anything she can do/has. I am just proud of her. She's so talented and gorgeous. I know sometimes she is hard on herself, whether it be about her dancing technique or her body image, I just want her to know (if she ever reads this), She is beautiful. In every way imaginable. Even if she doesn't see it. It's when she is sincere and genuinely compassionate or empathetic that she is most beautiful. She has given me so much in my life even though sometimes it feels like she steals my spotlight. I am happy to give it to her. It's not my turn anymore. She is greater than gold to me. Today my friend Hannah picked me up from school and then we fetched our friend Halia to go watch The Last Song, with Miley Cyrus. It was bad to say the least. We were cracking up and the three girls behind us were bawling their eyeballs out. After this we went to a local coffee shop where Halia and I preformed for their open mic night. I had I lovely Resurrection Sunday! I hope you all did too.
I hung out with some of my favorite people, and ate candy, and talked about Jesus.
I wish this week was as relaxing. The pressure is piling on. I am in a variety show tonight with my orchestra and Musical theater group, and I am SO nervous. So, I woke up and poured my coffee, then sat down with the February edition of World magazine. The cover had paramedics re-uniting a malnourished mother and child amidst the rubble in Haiti. this was touching in itself. But then I opened to the article (4 pages) about it. I saw a picture of a 4 year old with an amputated arm, and a head wrapped in gauze reaching for the camera. I cried as a read the article. Pictures of an already weak country pummeled to the ground. But God is in control. He has a plan for Haiti. They are special. I have faith. For the first time, I have a real and passionate, unrivaled, un-apathetic faith. All because of Haiti. Thank you Haiti. You are Beautiful.

Hey All! I am back in school unfortunately. I have been sick a lot (ugh.) Anyone have any good herbal home remedies? I would use it, holy dang. I am so tired of being sick. It is punishment...for wishing back in October that I would become ill so that I could skip school, and now I am just miserable. I am exhausted lately because of my musical rehearsals. I think I've gained a bit of weight, which is disconcerting. Does anyone have any diet/workout plans that have worked for them. I would love to know. Ah... to feel healthy again. It has been so long. NAME THAT SONG!

Ha, anyway. I can not wait for spring. I was getting stuff out of my locker at school today, and I happened to say out loud (I meant to say it to myself) "It smells like spring right here." And everyone looked at me like I was a freak. Rightly so, since I am. I love a lot of things about spring:

* The mood.
* The "It's so friggin close to the end of school" feeling.

hopefully not a lot of people read this, because I'm about to pour out my soul.

You ever get that horrible feeling like you are about to cry in a public place, and it's almost unstoppable. It's like a rushing wave you can't suppress or escape. It totally overcomes you. While I was walking the 5 mile walk home in the bitter cold on my way home from work (since everyone forgot me again) I was thinking about how much I hate what my life is right now. And pondering the incredible urge to jump in front of one of the cars that were passing very quickly by beside me. I was crying, uncontrollably. But no one could tell because my eyes were watering so much from the cold. I continued crying as I pulled my hood up and felt my feet numb. I thought about all the reasons I was crying: My friends, School, work, my family, God, Facebook, my house, my body, my numb feet, the fact that I can't seem to get my permit, my nails, that I'm middle class, my voice, my hobbies that I've never actually been good at, next year. It all sucked. I found my self mouthing "shit" over and over again. And I realized that I was talking about myself. None of the things I was thinking about. Although those were the reasons that were making me cry, I knew that I was so pathetic for crying over it. I was hopeless. I tried forcing myself to pray, but just the fact I had to force myself proved it would do no good. I'd lost it.

The worst part is: I haven't gotten over all of this. Whenever I think of how crappy my life is right now I get really choked up. Except...I've learned to control it in public.

Sorry for the hiatus. It's been rough with 8 (occasionally 10) people living in my house, and the dark dismal cloud of school over your head. Here's how I feel about a few things:

-Profanity is contagious man! But there are so many situations in my life where profanity would be justified. (ah! I'm so torn.)
-I die a little inside whenever the 'Shift' button fails me.
- I am slowly but surely becoming the affection whore I once was. It is so pathetic. I am literally living my romantic fantasies through my good friend. Damn.
- I involuntarily look like a boy sometimes. It worries me.
- Good personal hygiene is hard to maintain. I can see why a lot of people neglect it :/
- I am, without exaggeration, quite possibly failing school. Ugh. I am the biggest slacker ever. I will try ANYTHING to procrastinate. (This blog right now being an attempt.)
- Buying underwear as gifts for people is a lot funnier than I thought. It's priceless to see their reactions.
- Responsibility is hard. I am an immature person.

The apostle Paul was an amazing man.
I've been going through a study of Romans with my mom and sisters and I am quickly realizing that he was so enthusiastic and passionate about sharing Christ with the world.
Like, literally. The world.
I'm finding it very hard not to beat myself up when I read about all the loving things he did for his enemies, and how he went out of his way to warn churches in distant lands of their approaching demise. Or commend them for following scripture and not becoming distracted by the world.
We should all try to be more like Paul. He was great.

So, The hideousness by the name of school begins again on Monday. The people I will be conversing with at my school on a weekly basis, seem to pose a problem already. I am SO discouraged. I feel like I'm about to collapse into a pool of sorrow and poop. (Gross.)
After orientation on Thursday, I think I said "Kill me now" about 12 - 17 times. I feel like I missed so much this summer while I was gone. And I didn't have enough time with my STL friends before school started again. I feel the life being slowly sucked out of my lungs and veins. Sorry for all the self pity. But...you have to admit: I don't really do these pity party blogs often. So deal with it.
I have this reeeally strange feeling that I'm not 15 anymore. Even though, I quite obviously AM. Unless I missed my own birthday. But all this incredibly scary responsibility is being literally FLUNG at me all at once. Buh-guh. I have a job. I have an ACTIVE bank account. I am in way more advanced classes.
These might not seem scary to you guys, but they are new to me, and I am freakin' ooouuuut.

So, I'm going to be doing alot of new things this school year.
One: I have a job now. So, that'll be 8 hours of my week.
Two: I'll be in ADVANCED Musical theatre. So I'll probably get a large role in the spring musical. (if i stay)
Three: My school has appointed me Chief Editor and photographer of the New yearbook commitee!

I am so excited. It's my dream to edit and photograph. And this will look tasty on my college application.

I could: button a shirt, eat a banana, brush my teeth, sneeze a few times, make someone feel incredibly awkward, give a kiss, recive a kiss, belch, hug somebody, say 'i love you', put together an outfit, take a tinkle, laugh, do a favor, ask a favor, die, commit a crime, say 'lookin' good', come on to a stranger, put my hair up, do a math problem (maybe. this is debatable), or say a prayer.

I think i really want to do this photography thing forever.
that would be peachy. i've been trying to tune God in when it comes to my college plan, because, I kind of decided without him. and then i realized that it will probably go horribly and terribly wrong if i don't consult him first.
i would love to start a magazine, raising awarness for prayer and missions needs in far off lands. like, go there, get the story, take some pictures and then tell people in america to get their butts over there.
also, prom is tommorow. i will not be attending. though i wish all those who are, a lovely and delightful time! I hope the food doesn't suck. and you're stuck in a dress thats making you hot and the undercooked meal has caused you severe bowel movements, therefore you cannot dance, much less move from your seat without risk of pooping yourself.
but i'm sure that won't happen :)

blogger has been giving me trouble lately. everytime i try to upload pictures, it craps out on me. it's exteremly irritating. if anyone could help me with that, it would be much appreciated.

Things I am GOING to do this summer:
- Get super good at my uke.
- Get super good at my guitar.
- Become a piano virtuoso.
- Get my permit.
- make foreign friends (in iceland).
- Have a deep conversation with a stranger in a coffee shop (in new york).
- Get star struck (in new york).
- upgrade my wardrobe/fashion sense.
- make tons of my own clothes.
- get really amazing with my slr.
- be missed.
- deepen acquaintances.

OMG, you guys. Teen Vogue has really outdone themselves on this one.

"Blues Traveler", is the coolest editorial I've seen of theirs yet.
